Visit to TuneVilla 2010

Hello Zonees,

I am in sunny (but cool) Vegas and visiting Michael at his design house, TuneVilla 2010. It's such a surreal experience to land at the Vegas airport and see The Strip sprouting out of the flat ground like a row of flowers in the middle of nowhere.

I'll be here for about a week. Michael and I have already begun devising our plan to conquer the world ... [think: Pinky and The Brain -- I'll let you decide which of us is Pinky and which is The Brain].

We plan to work on quite a few different things while I'm here, including tuning the house systems, new product prototypes, client systems, and other fun projects. Today we went to a few lumber stores and listened to the sound of different woods, including Brazilian pine, poplar and redwood. Interesting way to spend the afternoon, eh? ''

The space has come a long way just since when I was last here for T.H.E. Show in January, when Michael had been in this house for only a few months.

I'll keep you informed as to what we're doing and the fun we're having.

It's great to have Drewster here for a while!! Last night we started playing with a set of Mini Mod 5's for the man.

This is the year for TuneVilla. I have been to MG's place twice in the last Month, as always the sound is "live". I am geographically much closer, from Ohio to L.A. Who knows? maybe plant myself in Vegas...

... Vegas it is! Fulll time learning the tune. Moved here Sat. night. I'll keep ya posted.

Back to work...

It has been an interesting week here. Lots to learn, Busy week. Michael Green Audio is now on Facebook, our product catalog is totally revamped, new products coming out, and pricing on the way, soon. A great week! Feel free to Pm me with any feedback you may have.

As always the sound here is incredible, I have not spent as much time listening as I would have liked too. Just too much going on.

I did get an opportunity to watch Michael set up a system from scratch. One of the systems was torn down an turned off for a few days, from some work we were doing. After the electronics started to warm up Michael can so quickly get everything dialed in and sounding great. It has become instinct with him. It was cool to watch. I sat in the chair told him what I was hearing and he knew exactly what move to make next. In no time it sounded great.
