I put up this post (thread) not long ago, and have watched how many have read and more interesting that no-one has responded.
I'm not begging for a response mind you, but I am wondering if this topic is being possibly brought up for the first time. If this is the case I will be somewhat shocked, but more surprised that the high end audio part of this industry has left on the table the most important part.
Again, I'm shaking my head a little wondering if the hobby leaders maybe don't even know that there are recorded codes?
How could this have possibly happened? How could a whole wing of a hobby go off the path so far as to not understand the very basic principle that makes this all work? I'm repeating myself I know, but I'm starting to believe that this whole discrete thing has single handly fooled both the hobbyist and reviewer into a falsehood belief that systems playback recordings automatically. This is scary to me on one hand and on the other, can you imagine the rush to tuning when the truth is let out of the bag
I'm thinking I need to put a lot more focus on the belief in the audio code, and not just how to tune it.
please read
